Win Percentage
TCRS horses have finished in the money more than 60% of the time. Our clients have experienced racing at the highest level. In 2010, our investors had the ultimate experience to walk with their horse across the track to the paddock in front of 100,000 people for both the Kentucky Oaks and Derby.

Entire Stable Offered
Unlike other partnerships that only offer one horse to invest in, we offer an entire stable of horses therefore increasing your odds of winning and owning a standout performer.

No Monthly Bills or Hidden Fees
There is a one-time fee which covers all expenses through the stable horses’ 3yr old careers as well as all management expenses which include bookkeeping / licensing and legal fees. Investors are not required to invest any additional money other than their initial investment. All purse moneys acquired by TCRS will be used to offset further bills that are not covered by budget.

No Management Fees
TCRS does not have monthly management fees. We do not make money unless you make money.

No Markups
Unlike many other partnerships out there, TCRS does not believe that an investor should have to pay a markup fee on the front end. Investors are able to buy in on a horse/stable at its original purchase price.

Financial Disclosure
Every dollar is accounted for.  As a client you will receive monthly expense reports which give full disclosure of all bills. An updated budget report is also provided at the end of each month giving details of each horse’s performance. Our accountant provides each investor with a tax return K-1.

Integrity
Integrity is our aphorism. We built this company in order to provide new investors with an opportunity to be a part of the racing industry without being taken advantage of because of their lack of experience in the business. Too many times we have seen new players in this industry fall quickly because they assume that the people they entrust their money to are looking out for their best interest. We surround ourselves with people that uphold the highest standards of ethics in the racing industry with a team that has a proven track record.    

Communication
A TCRS team manager communicates with the trainers on a weekly basis. All investors receive a weekly progress report of their horse. We also provide workout, entry, race day and result notifications. We have a state of the art website with a client area so that our investors can log in at any time to view, financial statements, stable earnings, stable updates and entry / results. More importantly we are always available to discuss any concerns or questions our investors may have at any time of the day or night via phone.

Our goal is to give each partner the thrill of a lifetime and to maximize their experience as a thoroughbred race horse owner. We invite our clients to accompany us at the sales to experience the process of picking out horses as well as help name them once purchased. We also try to get as many of our investors together come race day to join in the excitement of watching their horse potentially winning a race. Each investor receives a win photo of each race and a race video of big stakes races upon request.

Race Day
On race day we make every effort to help our investors find seating accommodations at the track where a horse is entered. All investors have access to the paddock area during race day and have the opportunity to speak to the trainer before and after the race. We often take the investors back to the barn area after races to check on the horse.
