Red White & Blue Racing was founded in 2022 by Randy Gullatt with a clear and disciplined vision: identify athletes with the physical tools to compete at the highest levels of Thoroughbred racing, and develop them with patience, precision, and intent.

Randy is widely respected for his eye for a horse. His ability to evaluate physicals—balance, athleticism, movement, and mental presence—allows him to recognize potential long before it shows up on paper.
